They are very responsive to messages and answer any questions quickly and thoroughly. They managed to find exactly what I was looking for and as soon as they did, they messaged me to tell me, and even included a short video of the bowl being played so I could see it and hear it before I committed to purchase it. They are super friendly and helpful, they had the bowl ready when I arrived to collect it, and played it again before we paid for it and took it home. "I had the pleasure of meeting 'Simo' from Rhythm Unites recently at the pop-up shop in Northland, Preston. I ended up buying a tongue drum from him. What a delightful experience it was. Nothing was an effort for him. Explained everything to me that I asked and no pressure. I think I spent about an hour just hanging about, playing the drums and admiring the beautiful sounds the instruments made. I was totally delighted and simply had to get a drum. If I lived in Frankston I would definitely be going to any workshops or classes they run. The groove would be amazing. Do yourself a favour and head on to their shop in Frankston or anywhere else they may be. And oh yes, they have gorgeous jewellery etc as well."
